I love trees and I am constantly in search of the names of the trees that I walk past on a daily basis to increase my meditative capacity.
You can do a lot with trees and a lot with names, but we need to know the meaning behind both. I was just thinking recently that my friends and I had probably built a combined total of five or six tree houses. We would hang out and smoke imaginary cigarettes and when we got older the real ones! That phase only lasted a little while, but because we dreamed I will never forget their names.
Mindfulness is a meditative process, that as a psychology student at The Ohio State University, we now know is a process that requires a teacher or, so; as we think about thinking; I do not want to lose what I’ve gained. The contemplative process sustains us as we dance, but there must be some romance and some adventure, which is how we have character! My goal is to help people who have been dancing remain and those who have fallen to find a tree or at least a branch and get back up!
Expression is found in community and character is found in accountability; you cannot have one without the other and we must spur each other on in challenge through diversity. Diversity (sincerity and truth) in love is our goal
